Our direction

Connecting capital with real opportunities.

Terranile is interested in connecting global and African capital with serious opportunities across African markets. Our long-term direction links capital, technology, infrastructure and real assets to African growth.

We develop technology internally and work with developers, landowners and industry operators to connect selected real-asset opportunities with market access, distribution and transaction infrastructure.

Technology

Technology companies, digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence, biomedical intelligence and research-driven systems.

Infrastructure

Physical and digital infrastructure, large-scale development and the systems that support growing economies.

Real assets

Real estate, development and other physical assets, with stronger documentation and transaction processes.

Execution infrastructure

Technology that can make investment discovery, verification and execution easier to examine and trust.

AVAN’s role

Opportunity needs a trustworthy process.

AVAN is being built to support real-estate and real-asset transactions through identity, KYC and AML controls, documentation, title checks, inspections, professional involvement and auditable transaction records.

Bank-held escrow and milestone-based releases are part of the transaction infrastructure being developed. AVAN provides the technology and workflow; appropriate regulated banking partners hold funds.
